Hindu Jagran Manch come-up with ‘Mala and Bhala’ slogan against Love-Jihad

Amid the reports of corona virus convulsing in the country and measures to impose Covid appropriate behaviour has intensified, the Hindu Jagran Manch has organised a ‘Sarna Sanathan Maha Sammelan’ at Simdega in Jharkhand on Wednesday to morbid the minds of the people in the name of bringing awareness against false narrative called love-jihad.

During the programme, which was held at Banu SS High School Ground in Simdega city, the people were asked to take a pledge to fight against force conversion in unison on all fronts in the country. Apart from the school ground the entire Banu area rapped under the Bhagwa colour on the occasion. People who turned up to the programme were seen chanting ‘Jai Shree Ram’ while holding bhagwa flags in their hands.

While administering a pledge to the tribal people called sarnas, the speakers urged them that there is no difference between the Sanathan and Sarnas while efforts are on to create a rift between the two communities.

Sarans are tribal people whose way of worship and deities are different than the Hindus. These tribes are mainly found in states like Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Odisha. However, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is against the recognition of Sarna as a separate religion as it believes that tribal people are Hindus.

The state leader of the Hindu Jagran Manch Rishinath Sahdev, in a veiled attack on Muslims said, “There are people trying to obliterate Hindutva using a tool like force conversion.” He urged the people not to fall prey to those people resorting to religious conversion. “We all must have to protect the Hindu religion as our survival solely depends on our religion’s survival,” he asserted.

Dr.Suman, a vocal leader of Kshatriya cell of the Manch, lambasted the people resorting to force conversion and said “Hindus should hold Mala in one hand and Bhala in other so as to fend these forces off.” He said “Jihad has unleashed in various ways to break the country that include love-jihad, land-jihad and force conversion. Hence, both the Saran and Sanathan people need to be vigilant and resist them. If this fails to work, then we must not hesitate to find more extreme measures to counter them.”
