Hyderabad, Oct.31 (NSS): Today, on the occasion of Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Hyderabad Traffic Police observed “Rashtriya Ekta Diwas” at Traffic Complex, Nampally.
On the occasion, Anil Kumar, IPS, Addl. CP (Traffic), Hyderabad City, addressed the Men, Officers and Ministerial Staff of Hyderabad Traffic Police. He urged the gathering to re-affirm the inherent strength of resilience of nation to withstand the actual and potential threats to the Unity, integrity and security of the country.
He also lauded the services rendered by Sardar Valabhbhai Patel to the nation and how he made efforts to unify the country. The Addl. CP (Traffic) requested everyone to fight against the forces that damage the Unity of the Great Nation.
Later, Addl. CP (Traffic) administered the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas pledge to Men, Officers and Ministerial Staff of Hyderabad Traffic Police. In the program, P. Vishwa Prasad, IPS, DCP, Central Zone, L.S. Chowhan, IPS, DCP Tr-I and Addl. DCPs, ACPs, Inspectors, Men and Ministerial Staff of Hyderabad Traffic Police and Central Zone Ministerial staff participated.
