Hyderabad: a day after TRS dissolved its Assembly and termed AIMIM as a “Friendly Party”, Chandrayangutta MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi drawing parallels with Karnataka state where HD Kumaraswamy became CM despite having a lesser mandate, declared that AIMIM to held similar aspirations.
Speaking at a meeting here on Friday, Akbaruddin Owaisi said, “Chandrasekhar Rao said elections would be held in November and the government would be in place in December. I will ask who is going to make us stronger in December? If Kumaraswamy can become the CM in Karnataka, why can’t we?” he asked.
