India’s first Cyber Security Cluster in Hyderabad

Hyderabad to get India’s first Cyber Security Cluster and it will be formally launched on May 22. Hyderabad Security Foundation (HSF) and Hauge Security Delta (HSD) signing a programme of corporation between member companies and institutions.

The HSD Campus is located in the financial district of The Hague in Netherlands and has an Innovation Centre.The Hague focuses on cyber security, including National security and critical infrastructure.

The HSD Campus offers high quality facilities including living labs, meeting and training facilities, flexible offices and an SME Support Desk.

As international data hub and digital gateway to Europe, the Netherlands plays an important role in fighting these threats and optimally guaranteeing the cyber security of our critical infrastructures.

Confirming the cyber security cluster, Telangana IT Secretary Jayesh Ranjan said a delegation from Cyber Security companies from the Netherlands will attend the signing programme.

Aiming at intensifying Indo-Dutch cooperation in the cyber security sector, he said there should be strengthening of ties to focus on counter-terrorism and information sharing.

We have a good eco-system of cyber security here in Hyderabad due to the presence of private companies, government institutions, start-ups and National Law school (NALSAR).

The launch of the cluster is expected to push Hyderabad into the global cyber security eco-system in a big way.
