India’s First Sky Deck Project to Come Up in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, which is undoubtedly one of the quickest-growing cities in the world, is going to get India’s first sky deck project in Raidurgam. City-based Raghava Projects is launching it.

The project will span across 7.38 acres from Raidurgam to Gachibowli and feature three towers with 45 floors each. Each floor will have four flats ranging in size from 5500 to 6600 square feet.

Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) granted construction permits to the project, which is inspired by Marina Bay in Singapore and is located near KIMS hospital. In addition, registration with the Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TS RERA) has been completed.

Aside from Malaka Lake and Durgam Cheruvu views, the project is close to Gachibowli, the Financial District, and Jubilee Hills. When finished, the project will take the Hyderabad skyline to new heights.

Formula E race in 2023

It is also worth mentioning that Hyderabad will have the distinction of being India’s first city to host a Formula E race. The Hyderabad E-Prix will be held on February 10 and 11, 2023, at Necklace Road.

The Federation Internationale de l’Automobile governs Formula E, the world’s premier electric single-seater racing series (FIA). Hyderabad will join the prestigious list of E-Prix host cities that includes New York, London, Berlin, Seoul, Monaco, and Rome.

K.T. Rama Rao, Minister for Information Technology and Industries, formally announced the Hyderabad e-Mobility Week on Friday by launching the website and unveiling the event’s logo and flyer in the presence of Energy Minister G. Jagadish Reddy, Principal Secretary Jayesh Ranjan, and others.

He believes that the Hyderabad e-Mobility Week is an excellent step toward putting Hyderabad on the global EV map.

“This is going to be a monumental week for Hyderabad and India. The Hyderabad E-Prix will be one of the largest global events ever hosted in the state,” Rama Rao stated.
