Indonesians’ stay in Karimnagar being probed

Hyderabad: The visit of Indonesians to Karimnagar district has become a talk of the town in the State.

The officials of the Intelligence department are now inquiring about the places visited by the tourists in Karimnagar. Of the 12 tourists, seven have turned positive for the deadly coronavirus and are now being treated at the isolation wards in Gandhi and Fever hospitals. The officials are also inquiring about the purpose of the visit of the tourists to Karimnagar and the places of their stay there.

Meanwhile, BC welfare minister Gangula Kalamakar, who is the local MLA said they had constituted 100 special teams to hold tests at all the households located within the 3 km radium of district collectorate complex.
