Israeli Navy Attack: 93 Gazans Injured During Seaside Protest

Some 7,000 Gazan protesters were confronted by the Israeli Navy when they gathered on the shores on the Northern Gaza Strip in protest of the Nation-State Law.

The Navy fired live and rubber bullets and well as tear gas at the protesters injuring 93 people according to a report by the Gaza Health Ministry said, with 37 injured by live bullets.

At least 93 protesters were shot and injured, including 37 people with live bullets, which necessitated their transfer to hospitals for medical treatment, where their conditions were described as moderate. Several suffocation cases due to tear gas inhalation were also reported among the injured.

The navy forces further targeted ambulances that rushed to the scene to offer help to the injured.

Palestinians in Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories observed on Monday a general strike in protest against the new racist Israeli law, the Nation-State Basic Law.
