Hyderabad: Telangana TDP senior leader Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy today alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has failed to protect interest of the State while participating in NITI Ayog meeting.
Speaking to the media here today, Ravula said KCR has taken a lenient attitude towards the Centre when it has not implemented any promise envisaged in AP Reorganisation Act. He also questioned KCR when he demanded Rs 20,000 crore for Kaleshwaram project, why he did not demand for national status to the project.
Condemning the incident of kicking of a woman by a ruling party MPP in Nizamabad district, Ravula alleged that the condition of the women in the State was pathetic after the TRS assumed power in Telangana State. The State government did not respond when a TRS MPP kicked a women when a video of the incident gone viral. The TDP would continue its fight to protect interest of women in the State, Ravula added.
