K Chandrasekhar Rao Telangana Chief Minister would launch the distribution of cheques under the scheme ‘Rythu Bandhu’ investment support for farmers on May 10.
The programme would start on May 10 and continue till May 17, Deputy Chief Minister Mahmood Ali, who handles the revenue department.
Cheques and Pattadar (title holder) passbooks would be distributed to tenant farmers and for Waqf and endowment lands during the second phase of the programme to avoid problems related to printing and others.
Elaborate arrangements have been made for the smooth distribution of the cheques and pattadar passbooks, he said.
