Hyderabad: Former MLA of Congress SA Sampath Kumar here on Wednesday alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao was treating the State Assembly as his family affair.
Addressing mediapersons, Sampath Kumar alleged that there was no scope to hold free and fair discussion in the Assembly on any Bill. He also alleged that KCR was approving the bills prepared in his house. He also mocked that no MLA knows about the contents of the proposed Municipalities Bill except family members of the Chief Minister.
He also alleged that even the cabinet ministers have no freedom and courage to question the unilateral decisions of the Chief Minister except putting their signatures on the cabinet resolutions. He also alleged that Chief Minister KCR was muzzling the voice of those questioning him. (NSS)
