Hyderabad: The two TRS nominees for the Rajya Sabha election K Keshav Rao and K R Suresh Reddy, filed their nomination papers on Friday. Keshav Rao and Suresh Reddy thanked the Chief Minister KCR for selecting them as party candidates. Before filing their nominations they went to the Gun Park Memorial and paid floral tributes to the Telangana martyrs. Present with them were Ministers KT Rama Rao and Talasani Srinivas Yadav.
Ministers KT Rama Rao and T Harish Rao were present when Keshav Rao filed his nomination, while former MP K Kavitha was present while Suresh Reddy filed the papers.
As only two nominations were filed for the two seats at the end of time for nominations, their election will be unanimous. The result will be declared after scrutiny of nominations and at the end of time for withdrawing.
