Hyderabad, Sept.19 (NSS): Post Office Passport Seva Kendras (POPSKs) at Khammam and Siddipet situated at Head Post Offices inaugurated and functioning respectively from February 27 and March 1 this year have been running in “Camp Mode”.
In the earlier Camp Mode operations, the applicants had to wait for seven to ten days before their files could be fully processed. To avoid the delay, the Post Office Passport Seva Kendras at Khammam and Siddipet will be functioning in PSP online mode with effect from 20-09-2018. Processing of all applications submitted at these POPSKs will be completed on the same day itself on par with other Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) in the state.
Passport applicants in the surrounding areas of at Khammam and Siddipet are requested to note the change and make best use of the facility.
