Hyderabad: A Dubai-based worker from Hyderabad allegedly murdered his wife, dumped her body and fled to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
On May 20, Dabeerpura Police found one body packed in bags and sealed like a parcel on the road side near a temple, Dabeerpura.
The body was found near the railway track at Dabeerpura and the police immediately issued a Look Out Circular (LOC) against the culprit.
The accused, Akbar Ali Khan alias Hyder Khan, from Farhat Nagar in Dabeerpura married Zeba Naaz of King Koti 10 years back and the couple has three sons.
A case has been registered at Dabeerpura police station and during the investigation, police collected all the evidences and apprehended four accused within five days of the offence and remanding them to judicial custody, police said in a release here on Wednesday.
The police got LOC against the accused and requested the RPO to impound the passport of the accused.
With the help of Dubai authorities, the 33-year-old prime accused was brought to India and handed over him to Dabeerpura police.
He was being produced before the court for judicial custody.
