Kodandram alleges irregularities in teacher postings

Hyderabad: Telangana Jana Samithi (JNS) president Prof Kodandram today alleged that there were irregularities in transfer of teachers being taken up by the state government.

Speaking to media at JNS party office, Kodandram said ruling party leaders have alleged involvement in the teachers transfers. He accused of collecting Rs three lakh by the ruling party leaders for the transfer of teachers. The JNS president said he has evidence that even ministers have their involvement in this issue. There was chaos in Web-counselling process adopted in the transfers of teachers, he alleged.

Kodandram said the state government is adamant in resolving problems of ration shop dealers. The JNS would extend its support for their justified demands, he said. He said 40 per cent farmers have not benefited under Rythu-bandhu scheme and most of farmers have not received new pass books. The chief minister has no care for poor farmers, he lamented. (NSS)
