Krishna Board official team today made a visit to the Rayalaseema lift project and other sites in the Kurnool district.
Following national green tribunal orders, the team visited the site of the Muchumarri lift and Rayalaseema lift project near Pothireddypadu in the district. The team is to submit a report to the tribunal and the court after getting complete details.
The AP Government objected to the team taking along Telangana officials to the site. The high court asked the team to visit the sites in AP without the members of both states.

NGT directed the Krishna Board to submit a report on Aug 13 and the officials are making the visit to the controversial turned sites in AP. It will visit the sites tomorrow and prepare a report.
The team led by Raypure has two members Darpan Talwar and Maunthang and has AP officials including ENC Narayan Reddy and District EE Muralinath Reddy and others.
