Hyderabad: Municipal Administration Minister KT Rama Rao today instructed officials concerned to have integrity and not to take bribe while delivering services. He warned that the delinquents will face severe action if they failed to meet the targets and deliver services.
Addressing a conference of additional collectors at MCR HRD here today on proposed TSbPASS, KTR asked them to ensure all permissions to buildings in 21 days, else explain reasons for denial, he suggested. The State government has plans and aims to reach the people without any bribe and distortion, he said, adding that the government would not hesitate to take action in erring officials.
Stating that Pattana Pragati program will be launched soon for development of towns, KTR said since the Palle Pragati gave positive results, the government will start towns progress programs. “We will be No. 1 in the country if we succeed in our efforts for towns’ development”, he said. He also asked the officials to form ward committees and use stickers to vehicles for Pattana Pragati.
