Hyderabad: Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) sleuths today raided the house of Medchal Sub-Registrar Kishan Prasad on Wednesday following a complaint that the official had amassed huge assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
The ACB DSP Sathyanarayana directed the simultaneous raids on Kishan Prasad’s four houses besides the Medchal Sub-Registrar office. The sleuths also conducted raids two houses at Almasguda since this morning and found documents pertaining to valuable lands. The officials seized the documents. The sleuths also found Kishan Prasad has two acre four guntas agriculture land and a house site at Hasthinapuram and ten tolas gold and bank passbooks. (NSS)
