On Thursday, the Telangana High Court granted bail to three accused in MLAs’ poaching case.
The court granted conditional bail to Ramachandra Bharati, Nand Kumar, and D.P.S.K.V. Simhayaji. Justice B. Sumalatha ordered the accused to pay a personal bond of Rs 3 lakh and two sureties each.
The court also ordered them to appear in front of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) every Monday.
On Wednesday, the High Court prevented the SIT from arresting two of the accused, Tushar Vellapally and B. Srinivas, but ordered them to cooperate with the investigation team.
The hearing on the petitions seeking transfer of the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation has been adjourned until December 6 by Justice B. Vijayasen Reddy (CBI).
The SIT submitted a report on the investigation to the court on Wednesday, along with documents, CDs, pen drivers, and other evidence. The investigation team claimed that the investigation was going on in a fair manner.

Ramachandra Bharati alias Satish Sharma, Simhayaji, and Nanda Kumar were apprehended by Cyberabad police from a farmhouse in Moinabad near Hyderabad on the night of October 26 when they were allegedly attempting to lure four TRS MLAs with large sums of money.
The raid was carried out by Cyberabad police following a tip from Pilot Rohit Reddy, one of the MLAs. He claimed that the accused offered him Rs 100 crore and Rs 50 crore to three others.
The accused were charged under several sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Prevention of Corruption Act.
The SIT also summoned BJP general secretary B.L. Santosh, Bharath Dharma Jana Sena (BDJS) president Tushar Vellapally and a doctor from Kerala, Jaggu Swamy, lawyers Srinivas and Pratap Goud, and Nanda Kumar’s wife Chitralekha.
Santosh, Tushar, and Jaggu Swamy, on the other hand, have yet to appear before SIT.
