Hyderabad: Telangana BJP president Dr K Laxman today said the measures taken by Modi government to bring back black money stashed in foreign banks are yielding good results.
Laxman, who was on a US tour, was addressing a function organised at New Jersey by Overseas Friends Of BJP. The hard decisions taken by prime minister Narendra Modi against black money has shown good results and deposits in Swiss bank has come down to 34 per cent. Modi government has taken courageous decisions like Demonetisation and GST to bring back black money and improve economy of the country.
Participating in the function as chief guest the BJP chief said prime minister Narendra Modi with a slogan of “ Sab ka sath, Sab ka vikas” is striving for all round development of people of the country.
He said 18,000 villages were deprived from electricity during last 70 years. But Modi government has provided electricity to these villages in1000 days.
Listing out various welfare schemes and achievement of Modi government Laxman said the central government has determined to provide houses to every family by 2022.(NSS)
