Hyderabad: Another shock to main opposition party Congress party in a single day. The second one is in the form of former Minister Mukesh Goud and his son Vikram Goud.
The rumor doing rounds that they were already decided to quit the Congress party to join ruling TRS party. On Friday they had a meeting with the followers at their residence and they will announce their decision after the meeting, which was going on still the news was writing. It may be mentioned here that both Mukesh Goud and his son Vikram Goud were hesitating leave the Congress party for the last one and half year.
It is learnt that finally they decided to quit the Congress party to get into the Car party. Mukesh Goud was elected as an MLA for three times from Goshamahal constituency and worked as the Minister in late YS Rajasekhar Reddy and K Rosaiah cabinet. Mukesh lost elections in 2014 in the hands of BJP MLA Rajasingh and since then he was not active in the politics. (NSS)
