Hyderabad: Following a complaint from one Rajesh Agarwal, a criminal case was registered against Gutur Subramanya Prasanna and others, who allegedly created a fake Patta Pass book, Form I B and so on and collected Rs 7.34 crore from the complainant and misappropriated the amount for purchase of immovable properties
After collecting a prima facie evidence, the CCS police on Wednesday arrested principal accused Gutur Subramanya Prasanna and seized one Volkswagen car, some incriminating documents and produced before the Court for judicial remand.
The case was investigated by Asst. Commissioner of Police G. Venkateshwarlu under the supervision of Addl. DCP, G. Jogaiah, EOW, CCS, DD, Hyderabad. (NSS)
