Hyderabad: People in the Mehboob Nagar dist need not run pillar to post for their grievances, now a cell phone with what’s app facility will be enough for them.
Besides sending grievances, complaints they can contact the concerned official by utilizing the Whatsapp calling facility.
The administration has ready to conduct the program Praja Vani meant to solve the public grievances online. On the instructions of the Dist Collector Venkat Rao, the Arrangements have been made to conduct the program in digital mode.
To facilitate the villagers to discuss their grievances and civic issues with the Dist, Mandal, and Division level officials the administration has allowed them to opt online video conference facility.
The Corona fear was witnessing in the public and officials as well. The program was postponed due to corona fear and lockdown, however, now it will be in a new online format.
The facility to discuss with the officials will be available from 11 to 12 am every Monday. The Dist, Mandal, and Division level officials would be available online.
They will also maintain a register for the complaints and grievances of the villagers received through online mode. The staff will also note the number of days in which the problems have resolved.
