The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has found during a test that the Lashkar-e-Mustafa fear monger outfit was shaped by Pakistani’s ISI to redirect the worldwide strain and to assume the liability of the Pulwama Attack.
“It was the arrangement of Mufti assumed name Abdul Rauf, the sibling of Maulana Masood Azhar. He made Lashkar-e-Mustafa (LeM). They enlisted individuals from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar for the sake of arms carrying and later involved them for dread exercises. Pakistani office ISI was supporting Jaish-e-Mohammed and was completely controlling the Lashkar-e-Mustafa and was done to redirect the worldwide strain,” said a source.
The source said that Pakistan was confronting worldwide strain after the Pulwama assault. The NIA on Saturday documented a supplementary charge sheet against four agents of Lashkar-e-Mustafa (LeM) – – Mohammed Arman Ali nom de plume Arman Mansuri, Mohammed Ehsanullah assumed name Guddu Ansari, Imran Ahmad Hajam and Irfan Ahmad Dar – – for supposedly bring forth connivance to complete the psychological militant exercises the country over.
This strengthening charge sheet was recorded under the steady gaze of an extraordinary NIA court in Jammu and Kashmir under segments 120B, 121A and 122 of the IPC, Section 25 (1AA) of the Arms Act, Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substances Act, and Sections 18 and 23 of the UA (P) Act.
A senior NIA official said that the case connects with bringing forth of intrigue by the Operatives of Lashkar-e-Mustafa (LeM) at the command of restricted psychological oppressor association Jaish-e-Mohammed to do the fear monger exercises in the Jammu region with an aim to compromise the sway, trustworthiness, and security of India.
The examination of the NIA has uncovered that these four blamed had planned, acquired, and moved weapons from Bihar to Jammu and Kashmir by means of Punjab and Haryana for Lashkar-e-Mustafa (LeM) fear-based oppressor bunch to complete dread exercises in the UT of Jammu and Kashmir, particularly in the Jammu district.
The authority said that at first a case in this regard was enlisted at police headquarters Gangyal, District Jammu. Later on, the NIA assumed control over the examination and yet again enlisted the case.
Subsequent to leading an exhaustive test, the NIA recorded a charge sheet for the situation against six denounced people in August 2021. Afterward, they kept examining the matter and documented a beneficial charge sheet.
The NIA official said that further test regarding the present situation was on.
