Amaravathi: Andhra Pradesh State government’s media advisor Parakala Prabhakar has tendered his resignation today. He sent his letter to Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu urging the latter to accept it immediately.
It may be mentioned here that the rumors doing rounds that the relations between Parakala and Chandrababu were strained for the last few months. However, Parakala mentioned in his letter that he was resigning due to criticism from the Opposition parties. He mentioned in his letter that he was tendering his resignation as vilification campaigning was going on against him that his family member was in another political party having different political views resulting that he may comprise in regard to State’s interests. He also thanked Chandrababu Naidu for giving him an opportunity to serve the State for the last four years. (NSS)
