Veteran Bollywood actor Paresh Rawal has confirmed that he is back in Hera Pheri 3, ending months of speculation and fan disappointment. Rawal, who plays the iconic character Baburao Ganpatrao Apte, revealed during a recent podcast that all earlier misunderstandings with the team have now been resolved.
Earlier this year, Rawal had announced his exit from the much-awaited comedy sequel, citing creative differences. This had triggered a major backlash from fans and was followed by a reported lawsuit filed by actor-producer Akshay Kumar seeking damages worth ₹25 crore.
However, Rawal has now clarified that there is no controversy anymore and all creative issues have been sorted. “It was always meant to happen. Everyone, including Priyadarshan, Akshay, and Suniel, have been friends for many years. The audience loves this franchise so much that we all felt a sense of responsibility to do justice to their expectations,” Rawal said.
