Pawan spares 3 LS & 21 Assembly seats to BSP

Hyderabad: Janasena Party president Pawan Kalyan has declared that as part of the poll alliance with Janasena Party, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) would be given three Lok Sabha and 21 Assembly seats. Tirupati, Chittoor and Bapatla Parliamentary constituencies have been allotted to the BSP.  The Janasena Chief had detailed discussions with BSP Rajya Sabha member and BSP leader Veer Singh at the State Party office in Vijayawada today.

Briefing the media about the seat sharing with BSP, Pawan Kalyan said the party has decided to give three Parliament seats and 21 Assembly seats to the BSP.  He said he was happy to work with BSP and recalled that BSP leadership had given him an offer to work as the AP State party president, but he could not oblige it due to political circumstances then.  He said it was the people’s wish to see Mayawati as Prime Minister and he was one among them.

During the division of the State, a party promised to make a Dalit as Chief Minister, but it was not fulfilled, he said and added that Janasena Party wanted to see strong leader Mayawati as Primie Minister. Thanking Mayawati for her hospitality she had extended during his visit to Lucknow, Pawan Kalyan said many people were unable to understand her personality and greatness and as far as he was concerned, she was equal to a mother.  He said they had discussed many issues such as how to develop the State and how to eradicate unemployment problem.
