In the latest update, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday congratulated Shehbaz Sharif on his elections as the 23rd Prime Minister of Pakistan. Modi said that India wants peace and stability in an area liberated from dread so the two nations can zero in on its improvement challenges.

Prior on Monday, PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif was chosen as the 23rd Prime Minister of Pakistan with 174 administrators casting a vote in support of himself after the MNAs of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf boycotted the political decision.
Not long after he was chosen as Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif in his debut discourse on Monday raised the issue of revocation of Article 370 in Kashmir and asserted that individuals in the Valley were “dying” and Pakistan will furnish them with “strategic and moral help” other than raising the matter at each global fora.

The 70-year-old leader, who supplanted Imran Khan after a high voltage political tussle, said he needed great relations with India, yet it can’t be accomplished without the goal of the Kashmir issue.
He said that neighbors are not a question of decision, it is something we need to live with and sadly Pakistan’s binds with India were never bad since its initiation.
“Whenever the powerful infringement was done in August 2019 and Article 370 was annulled, what genuine endeavors did we make…what genuine discretion did we try…Kashmiris’ blood is streaming on streets of Kashmir and the Kashmir Valley is red with their blood,” said Shehbaz Sharif, the more youthful sibling of previous three-time Prime Minister Nawaz Shari
