Police Bust Job Racket, Capture Three and Hunt for Four Others”

The Warangal Task Force and Narsampeta police in Hyderabad successfully uncovered a job racket and captured three people. The operation was carried out by a joint team, which confiscated various incriminating materials, including Rs. 3 lakh in cash, laptops, bogus call letters, and salary slips.

Koribilli Upendra of Visakhapatnam, Ganti Gautham of Dharmavaram in East Godavari, and Mangalampati Veeraiah of Mangalagiri have all been detained.Four additional suspects, Rayaparthi Ramesh, Rayaparthi Venkateshwarlu, Rayaparthi Santoshimata, and Rayaparthi Pushpalatha, escaped arrest and are presently on the run. The police have launched an inquiry in order to find and apprehend them.

According to a police press release, the job scam mostly targeted unemployed people. The group would dupe their victims by promising them jobs as clerks in the Railways department using fictitious call letters. They would demand money from naive young people while claiming to be able to get government positions without having to take any examinations or interviews. According to ACP Sampth Rao, the gang extorted more than Rs. 32 lakh from its victims.

Following the raid, the arrested people were turned over to Narsampet police. A case has been filed, and more investigations are underway to acquire more information and bring all of the perpetrators of the work racket to court.
