Police Raid Hookah Centre in Rangareddy, Telangana for Violating Operation Hours

A hookah centre in the Mailardevpally area of Rangareddy, a district in the state of Telangana, was raided by authorities. The raid was carried out as a surprise by a team of police officers who discovered that the hookah establishment was open after hours.

The police apprehended a total of 20 people affiliated with the hookah centre during the midnight raid in Durganagar, Mailardevpally. The arrests were confirmed by Circle Inspector of Police Madhu, who noted that the establishment had a licence to operate but was found to be operating late at night, in violation of the limitations.

Following the raid, a case was filed in connection with the event, and the police are conducting additional investigation. The investigation’s goal is to acquire additional information about the hookah center’s operations and to identify any potential infractions or abnormalities.

The raid serves as a warning that enterprises operating in the region must follow the norms and guidelines established by the relevant authorities, including operation hours.
