Hyderabad: CLP Deputy Leader Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy has questioned the state government to tell as to why it was not impleading in the case running in the Supreme Court on the implementation of assurances mentioned in the AP Reorganisation Act.
It may be mentioned here that Sudhakar Reddy filed a petition against the Central government alleging that the latter was not implementing the assurances mentioned in the Division Act. He said that the Andhra Pradesh state submitted an affidavit but the Telangana government didn’t submit any thing. He demanded the Telangana government to file a counter affidavit immediately. (NSS)
