Hyderabad : TPCC working president Ponnam Prabhakar on Sunday hit out at Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao for meeting Jana Sena Party (JSP) Chief Pawan Kalyan at Raj Bhavan.
He wondered as to how the CM met with Pawan Kalyan, who was the strong opponent of Separate Telangana state. He also expressed surprise over the meeting taking place at Raj Bhavan, the official residence of governor of the state, at the ‘At Home’ program on Republic Day.
Speaking to media persons, Prabhakar said that the people of the state were regretting for electing the TRS party as the ruling party for the next five years.
He alleged that KCR was acting as an agent of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while citing that Modi, who had given a call for simultaneous elections for the entire country, had extended complete support to CM KCR for an early elections in the state.
The At Home program organised by the governor was attended by several prominent leaders of the state. (NSS)
