Hyderabad : Passengers travelling on Miyapur- Ameerpet Metro route faced tense moments for some time after the train abruptly halted at Ambedkar Station at Balanagar on Saturday.
The commuters, especially office-going people, felt restless and slammed the HMR officials for the sudden halt of the train. The station was jammed with the waiting public. Train services on the route were dislocated. HMR officials said an electric wire got snapped at the station and was attended to immediately.
They said the services were restored soon after the glitch was fixed. The officials said there were no injuries to any passenger and services were being run as scheduled. (NSS)
