Hyderabad: The artisans from Shri Ramachandra Weavers Co-op Societies have exhibited their ethnic weaves and traditional pure silk and cotton products under the theme, “Silk Dezire of India” at the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), ECIL crossroads, Kushaiguda here.
The exhibition was formally inaugurated by Tollywood actress Priyanka Raman. Organizer of Silk Dezire of India Suresh Kumar said the main social objective of the handloom exhibition was to promote weavers and encourage and provide a market to the handloom industry. The Expo will be on till July 3, 2018 from 11 am to 9pm. (NSS)
