Hyderabad : Anjani Kumar, IPS, Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City, issued P.D. orders against Muthyala Vijay Kumar, a white collar offender of Begumpet Police Station on February 5.
Muthyala Vijay Kumar, 53, residing at Eshwarpuri Colony in Sainikpuri, Secunderbad, had committed offences of cheating in the limits of Hyderabad Police Commissionerate.
The accused committed four offences in the recent past under Hyderabad Police Commissionerate limits creating large scale fear panic among the general public, thereby adversely affecting the public order, apart from disturbing peace in the society. The Begumpet Police had arrested Muthyala Vijay Kumar on June 20 and remanded him to judicial custody. The PD order was executed on him on February 10 and was lodged in Chanchalguda, Central Prison.
