Ramana resents KCR outburst against Chandrababu

Hyderabad: Strongly condemning the outburst of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao against TDP national president and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Telangana TDP president L Raman said KCR will face people’s ire and punished.

Speaking to the media at NTR trust bhavan here on Thursday, Ramana criticized KCR for using unparliamentarily words against Chandrababu Naidu in a public meeting at Nizamabad. Ramana questioned KCR as to why he had an alliance with the TDP in 2009 elections and why he was opposing alliance between TDP and Congress now. He also alleged that TRS leaders were provoking people and tying to use Telangana sentiment to retain power again. “The TRS leaders should mind their language, otherwise we can also talk in the same manner”, he warned.

The TTDP chief said, “Mahakootami” was formed to free Telangana State from the clutches of KCR family rule. He said Telangana was a rich State, but KCR rule has pushed the State into debt trap. Alleging that Chief Minister KCR was leading a lavish lifestyle in Pragathi Bhavan at the cost of public money, Ramana said a vote for TRS is like voting a vote to BJP. He also said there was resentment in the public after KCR dissolved the Assembly for advance polls. After Kongarkalan public meeting, KCR was losing patience due to unsuccessful meeting. (NSS)
