Revanth vows to work hard to solve problems of his constituents

Hyderabad: Congress leader and Malkajgiri MP-elect A. Revanth Reddy today said he would not break the trust reposed by the people of his constituency and added that he would work hard to solve their problems. He made these remarks after meeting TJS president Prof. Kodandaram and TDP Leader T. Devender Goud in the city.

Speaking on the occasion, he said that he launched the thanksgiving program to thank all political party leaders that supported him in the elections. He said that TJS and TDP had played a crucial role in his victory in the elections. Alleging that the state Government had failed completely in achieving the promises made by the central government at the time of the creation of Telangana state, he said that he would raise his voice in parliament on the problems faced by the people of the state.

Reddy said that the result of Lok Sabha elections was like a slap on the face of CM KCR, who is ruling the state like dictator. He alleged that certain section of media were making baseless stories about him. Commenting on the occasion, TJS president Kodandaram said that he was happy that Revanth was elected in the elections. He said that he was confident that Revanth would raise his voice against all kinds of public problems. He termed the victory of the Congress leaders as the victory of the people of the State. (NSS)
