“Tragically, our contentions and clarifications as to the genuine objectives of the exceptional military activity and the circumstance on the ground are totally disregarded,” informed Ministry representative Maria Zakharova on Tuesday.
“The Russian appointment won’t legitimize one more one-sided political show with its presence,” Zakharova added. Russia’s decision came a day after the UNHRC reported that it will hold a unique meeting on Thursday “to address the weakening basic freedoms circumstance in Ukraine coming from the Russian hostility”.
The meeting is being hung on Ukraine’s solicitation.
