In an explanation posted on its site on Monday, the Media Initiative for Human Rights said just before his vanishing, Dmytro composed on Facebook that his town of Kozarovychi in Vyshhorod region, was “under occupation” and that there was no water, the shops were unfilled and the web association was exceptionally feeble.

He guaranteed in his post that Russian soldiers were “going from one house to another”, and individuals stayed inside their homes as there were intermittent shooting in the town.
