As per the latest updates, Russia said on Tuesday that it has begun another phase of its ‘exceptional military activity’ in Ukraine and expects to “totally free” the regions of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics.
The declaration was made by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov after Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had expressed during his short-term video address that the “fight for Donbas” had started.
