Hyderabad: Senior Telangana Congress leader Mohammed Ali Shabbir today demanded that the State government sack the officials concerned and the minister for the goof of Intermediate Examination results.
In a statement here today, Shabbir Ali said the inefficient handling of Intermediate examination results by the Telangana Government was solely responsible for the spate of suicides of Intermediate students in the last few days across the State. He said that 12 students had allegedly ended their lives over their poor or wrong results in the examinations. He said scores of students were wasting their lives due to mishandling of competitive exams of SSLC, Intermediate and TPSC held by the TRS Government over last few months.
The Congress leader demanded that the Chief Minister take stern action on both the officials concerned of the Intermediate Board and also sack the minister concerned for lack of effective supervision and guidance to officials. He said the Congress party was fully sympathetic to bereaved parents and offered full support to fight against KCR government’s “misrule” at all levels. (NSS)
