Samajwadi Party and Congress officials organized separate protests outside the Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha on Wednesday to register their protest against the anti-farmer policies of the BJP states.
SP MLAs Sit Outside Vidhan Bhawan With Placards
As per the reports, the Samajwadi Party MLAs sat with placards outside the Vidhan Bhawan and yelled mottos against the government. Their requests included removal of Union Minister Ajay Misra Teni, MSP ensure for ranchers, pay for the individuals who had kicked the bucket during the ranchers’ fomentation, beware of expansion and reservation in the private area.

Congress officials, then again, paid floral tributes for Mahatma Gandhi at the GPO park and afterward walked to the Vidhan Sabha yelling trademarks and requesting the terminating of the Union Minister.
The Vidhan Sabha, in the interim, mourned the death of Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat and previous Speaker Sukhdev Rajbhar and suspended it for the afternoon.
BJP MLA Joins Samajwadi Party
Meanwhile, UP 2022 poll’s eastern battle is getting more fascinating as three Brahmin leader from the Bahujan Samaj Party and a BJP MLA in the district joined Samajwadi Party on Sunday.
BJP MLA from Khalilabad seat in Sant Kabir Nagar, Digvijay Narain Chaubey, alongside BSP pioneers Vinay Shankar Tiwari (BSP MLA) Kushal Tiwari and Ganesh Shankar Pandey (previous executive of UP Legislative Council) joined the resurgent Samajwadi Party within the sight of the SP boss Akhilesh Yadav at the SP state central command in Lucknow.
The BSP removed Vinay, Kushal, and Ganesh last week later it was clear in the political circles in UP that the three are gone to the SP.
By executing the joining, the SP in one stroke delivered a hit to both the BJP and the BSP in eastern UP. The SP is expecting union in Brahmin votes with these four considerations.
Vinay Shankar Tiwari, child of Hari Shankar Tiwari, is a MLA from Chillupar electorate, Kushal is a previous MP from Sant Kabir Nagar, though Ganesh Shankar Pandey was the executive of the Legislative Council at the time of the BSP government.
