Saudi Arabia Welcomes Hundreds of Relatives of Palestinian Martyrs and Prisoners for Hajj 2025

Saudi Arabia has extended a heartfelt welcome to hundreds of relatives of Palestinian martyrs and political prisoners as part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj 2025. On Monday, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance received 500 pilgrims from Gaza, bringing the total number of Palestinian pilgrims under the program to 1,000.

The pilgrims arrived at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and were warmly welcomed before being transported to special accommodations in Makkah, arranged under the royal guest program. These pilgrims expressed deep gratitude to Saudi Arabia and its leadership for their continued efforts in serving the Muslim Ummah and ensuring smooth Hajj experiences for guests from across the world.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program, initiated in 1996, has hosted thousands of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims annually. It stands as a testament to the Kingdom’s commitment to strengthening Islamic solidarity and supporting those affected by conflict, especially from regions like Palestine.
