Secunderabad Sub-Registrar Arrested in Land-Grab Case

Secunderabad Sub-Registrar Jyoti has been arrested by Jeedimetla Police in connection with an alleged land-grab scheme. The former Sub-Registrar of Quthbullapur, Jyoti, is accused of enabling the illegal registration of a 200-yard land plot in Subhash Nagar using falsified documents, dating back to her tenure under the BRS administration.

Jeedimetla Police reported that Jyoti’s role in the land transaction was pivotal, allowing fraudulent paperwork to pass through the registration process. The alleged scheme involved the use of falsified documentation to unlawfully claim ownership of the land in Subhash Nagar, with Padmaja Reddy identified as the primary beneficiary of this registration. Reddy, who was recently arrested, remains in police custody as the case investigation continues.
