New Delhi: Self-styled godman, a Delhi based sect leader was on Monday booked for raping a disciple. He has been identified as ‘Daati Maharaj’ who heads Shani Dham in Fatehpur Beri, Delhi. This unholy and controversial person has in the past also been accused of sexual assault.
A case has been registered against self-styled godman Daati Maharaj for allegedly raping a disciple.
According to police sources, the case was registered in Fatehpur Beri on Sunday. It was later transferred to District Investigation Unit (DIU).
Daati Maharaj has been booked under Indian Penal Code, sections – 376, 377, 354 and 34.
According to reports, a woman disciple has alleged that she was sexually assaulted inside Shani Dham.
