Hyderabad: Several Congress women leaders were tied Rakhi to TPCC chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy offering sweets to him. Women Congress leaders including Women wing chief Nerella Sharada tied Rakhi to Uttam at his residence today.
On the occasion, Uttam extended thanks to the women leaders for tying the Rakhi and he was also extended Rakhi greetings to the people of the State. Congress national leader Seethakka, for the first time, tied Rakhi to Kodangal MLA Seethakka today. (NSS)
