According to sources, Shah Rukh Khan initially sought treatment for an eye issue at a Mumbai hospital on July 29. Unfortunately, the treatment did not go as planned, leading to the decision to transport him to the US for additional corrective procedures. Details on what went wrong during the initial treatment have not been disclosed.
Reports indicate that Shah Rukh Khan had previously undergone eye surgery in Mumbai before attending Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding. He was treated for cataracts in one eye in Mumbai, with a follow-up procedure planned for the second eye in the US. Despite these efforts, some complications remain, prompting the need for further medical intervention.
