Hyderabad: A victim approached “SHE Teams” with a complaint that since two years she is working as a Teacher in a School. In that school, three children used to attend tuition with the petitioner. The father of the children who attended tuition at her residence by name Osman aged.52 yrs used to drop his children and tried to talk to her. Later he started harassing her to marry him. She was unable to bear the harassment and resigned the Teacher job and stopped giving to tuition to his children. Even after that, he continued visiting her house and troubling her. Since two years he is continuously harassing the petitioner. On 29-5-2018, without her permission, the respondent entered her house and harassed to marry him and threatened to kill her if she disobeys him.
Based on the petition filed by the victim, the SHE teams made discreet enquiry on the case and apprehended the respondent Osman Ahmed Aulaqui of Falaknuma. The respondent accepted his guilt for harassing the lady. A case was got filed in Falknuma Police Station U/s.354 D, 448, 506, 509 IPC and the accused Osman handed over to the Police Station by the SHE teams.
