Hyderabad: The Commissioner of GHMC has ordered that the cattle slaughter houses of GHMC and the retail Beef shops within the limits of GHMC shall remain closed on August 24, on account of “JANMASHTAMI”.
The Commissioner, in a letter to the Police Commissioners of Hyderabad city, Cyberabad and Rachakonda, requested them to instruct all the concerned officers to extend necessary co-operation to the Municipal staff in carrying out the orders.(NSS)
