As per the latest updates, a case has been enlisted against Samajwadi Party MLC, Lal Bihari Yadav, in the Kanth police headquarters of Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad for supposedly offering frightful comments against Lord Shiva. Yadav has been booked under articles 153A and 153B of the IPC.
The case was enlisted after the Bajrang Dal laborers grumbled about the comments made by the SP leader. It was asserted that the SP MLC offered questionable comments against Shivling and Lord Shiva in a supposed video.
While enlisting a grievance, the Bajrang Dal leaders claimed that the Hindu feelings were wounded by Lal Bihari Yadav. This comes in the midst of the continuous Gyanvapi question where the Hindu side guaranteed that a ‘Shivling’ was found inside the premises of the mosque during the study that was requested by the Varanasi court.

Meanwhile, in another update, AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has been named in a FIR enlisted by the Delhi Police over supposed fiery comments yesterday. Master Yati Narsinghanand’s name has likewise been referenced in the FIR. This comes as the column over the remarks on the Prophet by suspended BJP representative Nupur Sharma has exploded, prompting worldwide shock.
Sharma has likewise been named in a FIR by the Delhi Police, while another FIR has named a few group including ousted BJP leader Naveen Jindal, and writer Saba Naqvi, among others.
The Delhi Police has enrolled two FIRs — one against Nupur Sharma and one more against the individuals who have been blamed for making “dubious” explanations constantly.

Police have booked Nupur Sharma under Sections 153 (wantonly giving incitement with aim to cause revolt), 295 (harming or polluting spot of love with aim to affront the religion of any class), and 505 (articulations conducing to public mischief) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
