Hyderabad: With upper Maharashtra has been receiving heavy rains resulting in floods, several projects in Telangana State are receiving huge quantities of waters. With the flood waters coming down, SRSP (Sri Ram Sagar Project) in Nizamabad reportedly received 5140 cusecs of water, according to the information.
Sri Ram Sagar Project’s present water level is 1,063 ft as against the full level of 1,091 ft. This project presently has 13.916 tmc capacity as against 90 tmc capacity. (NSS)
